My passion for athletic therapy is driven by a genuine desire to help individuals achieve their fitness and wellness goals. I have a strong background in injury assessment, rehabilitation, exercise prescription, and manual therapy.
I graduated from York University's Athletic Therapy program where I spent 3 years working at York's sport injury clinic. During this time I was exposed to a wide variety of injuries that helped me hone my abilities as a therapist to create the best individual rehab plan possible for each of my patients.
On top of working as an Athletic therapist, I am a certified first responder as well as a competitive gymnastics coach at Toronto Gymnastics International. I have been coaching for 10+ years and prior to that I was a competitive athlete myself.
Outside of the clinic you can find me staying active playing volleyball in a gym or on the beach, hiking, working out, or enjoying a book. I am a strong believer of personal wellbeing through physical and mental health.
